Space to overprint your firm’s details- including your firm’s logo - at no extra cost All you have to do is send a letterhead with your order and Mercia will advise you on layout and produce artwork. Your firm’s details will be printed in two colours - black and a choice of blue, red or grey. If you would like to include additional information (eg list of services or contacts) simply supply the details with your order. Choice of overprint colour Your details are overprinted in two colours, black and a choice of red, blue or grey. For an additional charge of £43 you may overprint in a special colour of your choice An option to include up to 150 words of your own news - at no extra cost You can add a little of your own news on the front cover or, if you prefer, we will include an additional news item in the space provided. Any title - choose your own title - at no extra cost You can have your own original title or a traditional title such as NewsLetter, InSight or Business News. They are fully formatted and ready to publish on your website They are also personalised with your own e mail links in place and come complete with optimised photos and graphics (where used in the printed version) If you prefer to send the newsletter by e mail each newsletter article and bulletin is produced as an individual Word document for you to attach to an e mail and forward to your clients. We can follow an existing house style or create a style to complement your logo and house colours. Producing an exclusive newsletter is not as time consuming as you think, from the copy we supply, simply decide which articles you would like to include (or amend), let us have any text of your own and we do the rest!! Four issues per year - no subscription necessary - you can purchase just one issue Detailed bulletins - to complement each issue In the newsletter, we aim to cover as many topics as possible in order to stimulate interest and generate questions from your clients. Some topics require further explanation and our bulletins provide the perfect solution. They cover topical issues and are professionally written in a language your clients will understand. They are two or four sided A4 printed in two colours (blue and black) on 170gsm matt paper. You can send them out to clients with the newsletter, as a supplement or separately with a covering letter.
