Produced four times a year, our newsletter provides you with the opportunity to promote your practice and keep your clients informed of matters affecting their businesses. We can either overprint standard newsletters using your corporate design or you can create your own newsletter using our copy and incorporating some of your own news. Whichever you choose, theres no hassle - we do everything for you. We also produce a web version of the standard newsletter, fully formatted and personalised with your own e mail links. We produce an annual booklet of practical tax tips for your clients. The booklet, published during June, helps your clients through the tax maze and acts as a valuable reference point throughout the year. It is written with your clients in mind and covers tax and the family, tax and business, tax and the employee, capital gains tax, estate planning, VAT, tax rates, allowances and reliefs, and pensions savings and investments. We also produce a web version of the booklet. Client Letters
From time to time standard letters are produced on items of topical interest to your clients. These can be easily adapted to suit the different needs of your clients.
New Standard Letter - Incorporation - the way forward?
The recent Budget announcements on corporation tax rates and prospective national insurance changes have focused increased attention on the advantages of incorporation. We have two standard letters for you to send to clients highlighting the changes in the tax system which encourage incorporation.
One letter is aimed at sole traders and one is aimed at husband and wife partnerships
The letters cover:
- Advantages of incorporation
- Example calculations both in summary and detail showing possible tax and national insurance savings resulting from incorporation
The letters cost just £30 plus VAT each or £45 plus VAT for both.
This one off charge entitles you to unlimited usage and gives you excellent marketing opportunities for your practice.
Also available - Mercia spreadsheet which will enable you to tailor the calculations to the estimated profits for a particular client.
- The spreadsheet includes the formulae and calculations behind the examples in the letters.
- Further examples in the spreadsheet also allow you to show the effect of pension contributions.
- The detailed output sheets are not password protected so you can insert extra calculations or override the formulae if you wish.
The spreadsheet costs £35 plus VAT and is only available if both standard letters have been purchased. You will require Microsoft Office 97 or later (or Excel v8 or later) to use this product.
